Procedure for Admission

• The admission process at Jnana Jyothi Evening Degree College is transparent and efficient.
• Application forms and brochures are available at the college office or can be downloaded from the website.
• Completed applications must be submitted to the office on or before the specified date.
• The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the college notice board.

Admission Details

Following documents should be brought during the admission:

• Original SSLC marks card
• Original II PUC marks card
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Parent's or guardian's mobile number
• Photocopies of caste and income certificates
• Aadhar card (copy)

Instruction For Admissions

• Admission hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Undergraduate (UG) course admissions will begin after the completion of PU examinations.
• Candidates must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the admission process.
• Payment can be made via cash or online methods.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable.
• SC/ST candidates are eligible for seats as per government regulations, upon submission of valid caste and income certificates.
• Assistance will be provided to SC/ST students in applying for fee reimbursement through the respective Welfare Boards.
• Admission for SC/ST candidates will follow the reservation policies laid down by the Government of Karnataka.
• Students with outstanding achievements in academics or sports will receive special consideration
• Postgraduate (PG) admissions will commence immediately after the announcement of final year UG results
